      • The middle TN average for 2013 was 97.8% which means we averaged 5.48% more money in our clients' pockets than the average agent.

  • 2014:

    • Our average listing was on the market for only 9 days before being under contract. (The middle TN average "days on market" for 2014 was 63 days)

    • Our average listing sold for 98.6% of the asking price.
