Our listings are placed on the multiple listing service (MLS) and then syndicated out to thousands of different websites. We then pay the top websites to promote our listings. This consists of paid advertising on sites like Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com which brings our listings to the top of search results to gain more exposure. We pay for advertising on top social media platforms and your home will also be featured on our website. This is just a small fraction of what all we do to drive exposure to our listings.
Prior to your home going on the market, our team will walk you through our pre-listing checklist to ensure your home is ready for the market, shows its best, and appeals to the widest array of buyers ensuring our clients leave no money on the table.
This includes a pre-listing staging consultation with one of our accredited staging professionals, a consultation on recommended repairs and improvements that will maximize your return on investment, and a consultation on how to properly prepare your home for showings.

The first step to creating a great first impression, and getting the buyer to take a closer look, are the pictures. Buyers browse online and use the pictures as their initial determining factor of whether to click on the listing for more information or to click the next button.
We have professional pictures taken of all our listings which will present your home in the best light possible. Every single picture is put through photo editing software to give it that "straight out of the magazine" look. All of our photography is done in house which allows us to ensure a high standard and consistent results for each and every listing.
